1. Eligibility for Returns
Due to the nature of skincare and aesthetic products, we only accept returns under the following conditions:
The product is damaged, defective, or incorrect at the time of delivery.
The issue is reported within 48 hours of receiving the order.
The product remains unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
For safety and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns of opened or used products.
2. Damaged or Incorrect Products
If you receive a damaged or wrong item:

Share clear photos or videos of the product and packaging.
Our team will review the claim and guide you through the replacement process.
If approved, we will arrange a replacement or issue a refund.
3. Refund Policy
Refunds are processed only after the returned item is inspected and approved.
Approved refunds will be issued within 5–7 business days.
Refunds will be made via the original payment method (if applicable) or bank transfer.
Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
4. Order Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled before dispatch.
Once the order has been shipped, cancellation is not possible.
